Agreement to these terms

By using findaprocessor.co or submitting information to The Good Lead LLC, doing business as Find a Processor, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a company, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service does

We provide information and introductions intended to help businesses explore payment processing options. We are not a bank, payment processor, card network, legal adviser, or financial adviser. Using the site or submitting a form is not a processor application and does not guarantee approval, pricing, compatibility, or any other result. Each processor independently controls underwriting, terms, reserves, fees, settlement timing, and account decisions.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current information; use the service only for lawful business purposes; and comply with applicable laws and third-party agreements. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy it at scale, submit malware or deceptive content, impersonate another person, or use the service to facilitate fraud or illegal activity.

Do not send cardholder data, bank credentials, passwords, government IDs, or other sensitive financial or identity documents through our public forms.

Provider information and third-party services

Provider profiles, criteria, and comparisons are informational and may be incomplete or change without notice. You should verify material facts directly with a provider. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or decisions.

Intellectual property

The site, branding, software, design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the site for its intended business purpose. You retain ownership of information you submit and grant us permission to use it to provide and improve the service as described in our privacy policy.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any provider will accept your business or offer particular terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Good Lead LLC and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or losses arising from a processor’s acts or decisions. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us to use the service during the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms by posting a revised date. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that is not required by applicable law to be heard elsewhere will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
